Marlyn Friedlander-Gilbert Scherer Kitchen Remodel 1986
Phinney Ridge Remodel, design by Tyler Engle Architect
This Phinney Ridge Residence had already under gone at least 6 remodels, the largest was a 3rd story master bedroom and bathroom.
MLWgc remodeled the main floor by completing removing all of interior framing and the interior surfaces. The floor had a 2 1/2 inch slope from front to back which we leveled with sleepers and new subfloor. While the floor framing was open the HVAC duct work was moved per the new plan. We reframed the exterior for new windows and doors, leveled and strengthened the ceiling framing. New electrical and plumbing finished the rough.
Finish work included a crown molding, back banded casing and new 6 inch wide solid oak floor.
