A first-use tenant improvement project for three floors of this new building by Folke Nyberg. The offices were designed by WORKSHOP 3D, and initial build-out was by owner, with MLWgc providing and installing all built-in furniture and fixtures as well as final paint, trim, and other finishes.

The fabrication and installation included a mail center / break area, a reception area, call center desks and partitions, and a conference room.

The conference room included a custom sliding table and lamp that fit into the casework, as well as a presentation wall with multiple sliding panels.
